Product Features：

◆Vinyl silicone oil (branched chain type) is methyl vinyl polysiloxane with vinyl in the middle of the molecular chain.

◆The molecular weight and vinyl content of this product can be freely configured.

◆This product has the general properties of methyl silicone oil (such as: smoothness, softness, brightness, temperature resistance and weather resistance, etc.).

◆The vinyl group on the molecular chain has good reactivity and can participate in various chemical reactions, such as: addition reaction, free radical reaction and so on.

◆Because it contains vinyl, this product has better compatibility with some organic materials than methyl silicone oil.

Product Usage：

◆As a hardener for macromolecular and high viscosity 110-2 silicone rubber, and a diluent before vulcanization;

◆As modifier of some organic materials such as acrylic resin and vinyl acetate resin;

◆It is used to make high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, or to make medium temperature vulcanized silicone rubber and silicone gel.

Dosage：

The dosage is 10%-20% when used as a diluent, 5%-10% when used as a modifier, and 50%-100% when used as a silicone rubber base. Add it directly or add it into the system with the help of high-speed stirring or strong stirring equipment to ensure uniform dispersion.

Precautions：

This product is a chemically active material. Impurities (catalysts) should not be mixed in during storage and transportation. When using or compatible, attention should be paid to whether other chemical reactions can be triggered to prevent denaturation.

Packing and shipping：

◆This product should be sealed and stored in a dry, ventilated and cool place at room temperature, not close to fire sources, avoid sunlight exposure, and avoid mixing impurities (catalysts, acid-base substances), and store and transport as non-dangerous goods;

◆Packed in 200KG plastic-coated iron drum or 50KG polyethylene plastic drum.
